On behalf Uganda school for the deaf School, I would like to welcome you to our website.  I hope it will give you a flavor of our wonderful and happy school, where children are very happy and enjoy learning. We are very proud of our school, our pupils and our successes. The people are helpful, considerate and respectful to each other.

As a special school, this underpins all that we do in school. We strive to ensure that pupils at school, are happy and confident individuals who demonstrate the school’s core values of friendship, Team work, perseverance, courage and respect.

We aim to provide your child with experiences, knowledge and academic skills to inspire them to become successful life-long learners. We want our children to be, the best they can be and this is underpinned by our vision.

We work in partnership with parents, care givers, community, government and , friends of the school and very much value the support and contribution they make to the school wellbeing.

We actively encourage parents to become involved in their children’s education. Our school is resourced with talented, dedicated and highly skilled team of teachers, teaching assistants, support staff and committed instructors. Working together as a school family, we ensure that the children are both happy and successful, confident and responsible at school and home.
